1. The Promotion

1.1 Cheshire Grips is running an Instagram giveaway in which one eligible entrant will win a Garsen Grip Fitting.

1.2 The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

2.2 Employees of Cheshire Grips, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

2.3 By entering the giveaway, entrants confirm that they meet these eligibility requirements.

3. How to Enter

3.1 To enter, participants must:

• Follow @cheshiregrips on Instagram.

• Like the official Cheshire Grips giveaway post.

• Tag at least one genuine golfing friend in the comments of the giveaway post.

3.2 Each genuine friend tagged may count as one additional entry, provided the entrant continues to meet all other entry requirements.

3.3 Entrants must only tag people they know and must not use automated systems, fake accounts or other methods intended to manipulate the promotion.

3.4 Entrants may enter more than once by tagging different genuine golfing friends, subject to the requirements above.

3.5 Comments or entries that are offensive, unlawful, inappropriate, spam, fraudulent or otherwise unsuitable may be removed and will not be eligible.

4. Promotion Period

4.1 The giveaway opens when the official giveaway post is published on the Cheshire Grips Instagram account.

4.2 The giveaway closes at 11:59pm on 5 November 2026.

4.3 Any entries submitted after the closing time will not be eligible.

5. The Prize

5.1 One winner will receive a Garsen Grip from Cheshire Grips.

5.2 The prize consists of the Garsen grip fitting service and the grip agreed as part of the fitting, subject to availability and the fitting arrangements agreed with Cheshire Grips.

5.3 The prize has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged, transferred or resold.

5.4 The prize must be redeemed within 3 months of the winner being notified, unless otherwise agreed with Cheshire Grips.

5.5 Cheshire Grips reserves the right to substitute the prize with an equivalent prize of equal or greater value if circumstances outside its reasonable control make the advertised prize unavailable.

6. Winner Selection

6.1 One winner will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries received before the closing date.

6.2 The winner will be selected using a fair random selection process.

6.3 Cheshire Grips will not be responsible for entries that cannot be submitted because of Instagram, internet, technical or other communication failures.

7. Contacting the Winner

7.1 The winner will be contacted by direct message from the official @cheshiregrips Instagram account.

7.2 The winner must respond within 7 days of the initial contact.

7.3 If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Cheshire Grips reserves the right to select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

7.4 Cheshire Grips will never ask a winner to make a payment, provide a password or provide banking details in order to claim the prize.

8. Prize Redemption

8.1 The winner will arrange the Garsen Grip Fitting directly with Cheshire Grips.

8.2 The fitting will normally take place at Cheshire Grips or another location agreed in advance.

8.3 Any travel, accommodation or other personal expenses incurred by the winner in connection with claiming the prize are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise agreed.

8.4 The prize is subject to reasonable availability and appointment arrangements.

9. Publicity

9.1 Cheshire Grips may announce the winner's Instagram username on its social media channels.

9.2 Cheshire Grips will not publish the winner's personal contact details.

9.3 The winner may be invited to provide a photograph, review or testimonial following receipt of the prize. Any such publicity will only take place with the winner's agreement.

10. Disqualification

10.1 Cheshire Grips reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• Does not meet the eligibility requirements.

• Has not completed the required entry actions.

• Uses fake or fraudulent accounts.

• Uses automated systems or other methods to manipulate entries.

• Provides false or misleading information.

• Attempts to interfere with the fair operation of the giveaway.

• Otherwise breaches these terms and conditions.

10.2 Cheshire Grips reserves the right to remove entries or comments that are offensive, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, unlawful or otherwise inappropriate.

11. Changes or Cancellation

11.1 Cheshire Grips reserves the right, in exceptional circumstances beyond its reasonable control, to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion.

11.2 Where reasonably possible, any significant change to the promotion will be communicated through the Cheshire Grips Instagram account.

12. Instagram

12.1 This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

12.2 By entering the giveaway, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility or liability arising from or relating to the promotion.

12.3 Entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Cheshire Grips and not to Instagram.

13. Personal Data

13.1 Personal information provided by the winner will be used only where reasonably necessary to administer the giveaway, contact the winner and arrange delivery or redemption of the prize, or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

13.2 Cheshire Grips will handle personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and its applicable privacy policy.

13.3 Entrants will not be automatically added to a marketing mailing list simply by entering the giveaway unless they separately provide consent where required.

14. Limitation of Liability

14.1 Cheshire Grips will take reasonable steps to ensure the giveaway is conducted fairly.

14.2 Cheshire Grips accepts no responsibility for technical failures, Instagram outages, internet failures or other circumstances outside its reasonable control that prevent an entrant from participating.

14.3 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

15. Acceptance of Terms

15.1 By entering the giveaway, entrants confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

15.2 The promoter's decision regarding the administration of the giveaway and selection of the winner will be final, subject to applicable law.
